About Me

Gail has over 30 years of experience in the legal industry with a primary focus on corporate matters.  Gail is familiar with corporate maintenance, which includes annual returns, shareholder and director changes, resolutions for dividends, bonuses and salaries, and corporate filings. She has an array of experience in corporate matters including, incorporations, drafting of share sale agreements, unanimous shareholder agreements, and asset sale and purchase agreements.

With the implementation of Corporate Registry Online filing system, Gail obtained her Cores I, Cores II, and Cores III to provide cost-effective services for clients when it comes to filing documents at the corporate registry. Although Gail’s primary focus is corporate matters, she has experience with commercial matters, such as financing and the purchase and sale of real property. She also has experience in drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Personal Directives.

During her leisure time, Gail finds solace in gardening and crafting. She has a particular fondness for crafting relaxation products, sewing, and her latest fixation – fairy gardens.
