About Me
In her four years of working in the legal industry, Genevieve has experience in a wide variety of areas of law, with a particular emphasis on Civil Litigation and Aboriginal Law. Some of the other areas of law that Genevieve has worked in include employment law, administrative law, regulatory law, criminal law, personal injury litigation, insurance law, construction litigation and builder’s liens, debt collection, contested estate litigation, and landlord-tenant disputes.
Genevieve has experience drafting and filing documents with the Alberta Court of Justice (formerly the Provincial Court of Alberta), the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, the Court of Appeal of Alberta, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Specific Claims Tribunal, the Alberta Utilities Commission, the Metis Settlements Appeal Tribunal of Alberta, and the Federal Court of Canada.
In her free time, Genevieve enjoys going to concerts, reading, and spending time with her two cats Babs and Maisie.
